Every VELLO STUDIO rug is individually made to order. Production typically takes 2–3 weeks before dispatch, allowing each rug to be carefully handcrafted, inspected and finished. Delivery time will vary depending on your location.
We offer complimentary tracked shipping Australia-wide. Each rug is carefully packaged to protect the natural fibres during transit. International shipping may also be available—please contact us for a personalised quote.
Every VELLO rug is handcrafted from premium Australian Merino sheepskin. Selected for its exceptional softness, density and natural beauty, our Merino wool creates an incredibly plush surface with an approximate 6cm pile height. As a genuine natural material, every rug has its own unique texture, curl and tonal variation.

Australian Merino sheepskin is naturally durable and easy to care for. Regular light vacuuming (without a rotating brush) and occasional gentle shaking will help maintain the pile. For spills or professional cleaning advice, please contact us for care recommendations.
As every VELLO rug is made specifically to your order, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns. If your rug arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing issue, please contact us immediately so we can resolve it.
